CGR Undertow – DQ TYCOON review for PC

DQ Tycoon review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of DQ Tycoon for PC developed by Spark Plug Games and published by Encore.

Riding on the wave of “* Tycoon” titles released for the PC, DQ Tycoon takes the everpresent frozen-treats franchise (boon of Little League Moms everywhere) and gives you control of the reins. Or the soft-serve lever. By tirelessly satisfying customers with an increasingly wide range of products, you’ll move up in the world by managing more Dairy Queen locations (all concentrated within a couple city blocks, oddly enough) and deal with staffing issues, facilities upgrades, and… cake decoration.

This video review features video gameplay footage of DQ Tycoon for PC and audio commentary from Classic Game Room’s TJ.

  1. I just saw it on Gamefly I thought the review was hilarious. Ironically what he says is pretty much true also.

  2. At the end of the game, after you save all of the dairy queens, do you go home to your shitty apartment and cry yourself to sleep?

  3. Ten bucks if they paid ten bucks I'd work for them lol lucky to get 745 here any where even hard work 8 bucks bastetds

  4. For anybody who is wondering or who wasn't watching the video, this is a time-management game. It's similar the interface of games such as Diner Dash, Cake Mania, Turbo Subs/Pizza/Fiesta, etc.

  5. Ah awesome, a video game that allows the average person to experience the thrill of being a minimum wage fast food employee. I'm still waiting for that exciting "Sim Janitor" game to come out.
